100 Day Challenge Day #12

Day # 12
Walk 2.5 miles 35 minutes.
I’ll be glad when the APFT is over. It has the be the most boring test ever to train for…..

100 Day Challenge

I’ve been slack about blogging my workouts for awhile. I’m using the 100 Day Challenge to help me get back into the habit as well as keeping my self honest. So it will be full of my rambling and hopefully some new insights(for me at least) into my training.
My Main Goal: Complete a Trial by [...]
