Yoga and Pullups

So I go to my morning Yoga Class and my regular teacher is not there but Tammy, the owner of the Yoga Room fills in. 

Dude. 

  I was a tired swampgoriila when I left that place. we worked a lot of stuff I was fairly familiar with but Snake Pose, and Revolved Half-Moon was tough.Tammy had to give an some assistance. 

I was completely whipped by the end of class. 

Still continuing with my pull up program. I ‘m at a point where I can’t tell if I’m opulling more with my arms and back or pushing with my legs. I’m relly trin to get that hipsnap and spinal wave in to.  I’ll admit I’m a little leary about goin in whole hog with the pullups from fear of reinjuring my shoulder. 

That’s all I did today.  Energy wasn’t up much, still recovering fom a cold and I don’t nneed a relapse.
