Didn’t get to post much yesterday. Routine was thrown off a bit so I wasn’t able to train until the evening. Talk about throwing a kink in things. I’m a creature of habit and love to workout in the mornings and anything that throws it off pretty much just can kill the day’s training. So [...]

Being a martial artist and swordfighter, I was fascinated with the Clubbells and the joint mobility program at the time Warrior Wellness. As I studied the material I bought Be Breathed to help me [...]

A great article on Coach Sonnon’s Blog by Lauri Rudach, a Kettlebell lifter. She hits on some great things about fear reactivity and embarrassment with both guys and girls when it comes to fitness.
I’ll definatly get a copy of her book when it comes out.
Enjoy, everyone.

Since Monday , I’ve lost 6 pounds total. Now some of this is water weight due to 1) increased wter intake on fasting days to curb my growling stomach annd2) reduced carb intake.
So far this week, I’ve learned that you really have to et on your non-fasting days otherwise you will go into starvation mode [...]

Noticable increased movement in the shoulder today. Intu-Flo finally taking effect!
Still a fair amount of DOMS for the HIIT on Tuesday so Today I worked in some Clubbell Training. With Drill this weekend, that shoulder give me some decent recovery time before Monday.
I have a set amount of exercises to do but I wanted to [...]
