Easy Active Recovery day.
Warmup w/ Intu-Flow®. Shoulder felt great! Very little discomfort. Range of motion greatly increased with no pain. Still a few twinges here and there very small.
Nice easy pace for a 2.5 mile walk in 36:00.

Wow. A little weekend rest and some yard work can apparently stomp a mudhole in you.
All weekend was yard work with carefull attention paid to how the shoulder was feeling. Warm-up daily with Intu-FLow helped but Shouler was definatly better although in the evenings it tended to get sore. A little Aeleve would help that. [...]

Today, I woke up feeling NO pain! Even as I got to moving around the house, the discomfort was about a 1 or 2 at the most. Felt really good about that. If I can keep these results for another week, I’ll slowly start adding in some lite Clubbell Training. Maybe.

Yesterday after my workout session, I started noticing that I was feeling tension ALL located(it felt Like) under the shoulder blade close tothe middle of the back.
