Changing things up a bit!
I’m still keeping with the same training format but now I’m tweaking the exercises to go along with a more SCA Sport Specific related format.
I started today with Sierra: 10 rounds of 20 Seconds work and 10 seconds rest and a 1 minutes rest between cycles.
